Me and Public Relations

Yes,I will get to that. For now, just say that I learned that I am more a newspaper guy than a PR guy. And the trip to Trenton was not much fun.
In case you are wondering, I am now an editorial writer for the Bergen Record.

By “trip,” do you mean the drive from Morris county, or the people/job . . . or all of the above?

  2. fsnowflack says:

I mean the drive; The people were nice. I was in the Lieutenant Governor’s office. The “big guy” was just 100 feet or so down the hall, but during my seven months plus there, I saw him a grand total of four times.

The Daily Record’s loss is the Bergen Record’s gain. Best of luck Fred.

If the folks in the corner office are wise, they’ll have you write a Morris County editorial page. The territory is wide open. Hopefully they’ll grab the opportunity.

Well, hello, Fred…so nice to have you back where you belong!
