A visitor stirs up Roxy school board

Tucker Kelley is well known in Rockaway Township as a man who at times gives both the municipal administration and school board grief. He is a tireless advocate for access to public records.
On Monday night, he showed up in Roxbury to give support to board member Chris Rogers who is suing the board for access to public records. That suit will proceed in due course.
The more humorous thing is that some in the audience were upset that Kelley, a non-resident, was allowed to speak. The school board knew that it is illegal to impose a residency requirement on freedom of speech. But it was odd that some in the audience wanted to deny a guy the right to speak because he lived out of town. One gent actually compared it to people yelling out from the audience in Congress.
What a mindless comparison. Reasonable people, one thinks, can tell the difference between Congress and the public session of a school board meeting.
Tucker was impressive – great inside fighting skills. The board and administration didn’t know what hit them.
Fred, glad to see the swine at the Daily Record didn’t break your spirit and you’re continuing to use the power of pen to expose the school cartel’s chicanery…nobody does it better than you.
Try to google the illustrious gentleman. Tucker impressive? not unless you like face-lickers. google him and see what I mean.
Hey Councilman Dachisen, grow up!
I know about his adventures in Rockaway Twp; my point was that he made a good point before the school board.
