Health care reform politics

Scott Garrett has written a letter to the president asking the administration not to implement the health care reform law because of this week’s ruling by a federal judge that it is unconstitutional.

Garrett should know better, He should know specifically that there have been other court rulings upholding the new law. Hmm. Wonder why the congressman from the 5th District only refers to the court rulings that he likes.? This case ultimately will lead to the Supreme Court and until, or unless, that court deems reform unconstitutional, there should be no change in what the administration is doing.

I wonder if Garrett pays attention to the people in his district the new law is helping. That would be those with children who have pre-existing conditions, seniors who need a variety of screenings and families who enjoy the luxury of keeping their adult children on their family policies _ until age 26.
