Christie's support is broad indeed

Gov. Christie held a town meeting today in Roxbury to hype his proposed 2.5 percent spending cap and when the room was open to questions, the governor got support from all comers – Democrats, Republicans and even a guy living in a van.

That would be Scooter Jolley, late of Budd Lake, who now lives in a van that he says he parks at a Wal-Mart parking lot, His misfortune notwithstanding, Jolley told the governor he supports everything he is doing.

One Response to Christie's support is broad indeed

  1. daily crap says:

Scooter Jolley may live in a van but at least he didn’t ride out of town to Pentucky when the going got tough. He is a true new jerseyan even if he can’t afford to live in the state! If Gov. Chrisite is not successful soon we all will be living in our cars at a Wal-Mart parking lot.
