State Sen. Tom Kean weighs in on health care

Tom Kean Jr. ran for the U.S. Senate in 2006. losing to Bob Menendez. But obviously, he still occasionally thinks about Washington.

Kean sent out a statement today asking Menendez and his colleague, Frank Lautenberg, to support scrapping the current health care bill.

That is NOT going to happen; it’s hard to figure why Kean is bothering with a federal issue. May he be thinking of running again for the U.S. Senate?

He needs to pad his record. I wish he would spend some time creating jobs and helping people keep their homes. If he really did something that helped the residents he would win in a landslide. But like so many other elected guys he plays the game. He needs to wake up. His dad is a good man. His father is ad well respected. He is wise and did a great john for our state. So far jr does not stand out. He needs to spend some time with taxpayers. He needs to listen to what we need, and how he can help us . Many people are hurting right now.

  2. Kevin Nedd says:

How did that work out for Tom?
