An oddity in Mendham Township

This is Chris Christie’s hometown and he will have a choice among Republicans when he shows up to vote for township committee on Nov. 3.

Sam Tolley is trying to wage a last minute write-in campaign, and he is targeting incumbent Jack Schrier, who is also a freeholder.

Tolley’s candidacy has been deemed serious enough to warrant a candidates’ night next Monday sponsored by the League of Women Voters. It will be at the Brookside Community Center at 7:30 pm

Good Luck to Tolly, Jack Schirer is a contemptible little slime ball who knows the law forbids dual office holding and still runs for office. He can run because that other slime ball Corzine Grand fathered in all those holding dual offices before the law. Every Freeholder has given up their municipal office except Schirer. I say good throw the bum!! Out!!
