Another shoe falls

You may recall the indictment earlier this year of former Morris County Tax Board member Anthony Crecco, for among other things,  stealing money from the Florham Park Elks Lodge …

Today, Crecco’s alleged partner in the scheme, Konstantin Belenky, of East Hanover, pleaded guilty to an accusation charging him with third degree theft.  He will be sentenced in August.

Belenky admitted to conspiring with Crecco to steal money so the men could pay off gambling debts.

We’ve known about this coming down the pike for months. It comes as no surprise that another gem comes out of the East Hanover Regular Republican Club. To date they’ve given us Tom Vitiello (star of Fox 5’s shame on you), Former Mayor Bill Agnellino (who praised Vitiello’s accomplishments for over 5 minutes in his last address to the town;not to mention screwing all of the businesses in town with his and Vitiello’s policies), John Crecco who was Belenky’s gambling buddy until good ole Stan decided it was much better to learn how to sing and sell out his partner in crime than do the time, Herman Marmon, who loved Agnellino, then hated Agnellino now likes Agnellino and hates everyone else in the world and finally our former Tax Asessor Stan Belenky who tried to save his former job with the town by telling Mayor Pannullo, “I can be a good friend, I know where all the bodies are buried”.

Hats off to Mayor Pannullo for showing him the door! I can only hope that Mr. John Sette pulls the “Irregular” Republican Club’s Charter. My only regret is that I know that Mr. Belenky will probably end up like Tom Vitiello and probably be rewarded with some form of PTI, take forever to make restitution and probably hang around long enough to do it to some one else.

Someone better send Crecco a book on how to deal with conditions in Jail! Go away for 20 Years you creep!
