Lonegan's lost in the Highlands

You don’t expect scholarship on a campaign brochure, but a recent Steve Lonegan piece on the Highlands is totally off the wall …

He says, for instance, that the Highlands Law increases the likelihood of building low-income high risers in a town …. In truth, it curtails building. Also, towns not in the preservation area who agree to “opt-in” can have their housing obligation reduced

Lonegan also claims that Chris Christie joins Jon Corzine in backing the Highlands Act  — Well, Corzine backs it; Christie does not.
